Guest Budz86
Where did you get the hose's from? Did you buy specific or just measure the hose and buy a length?
pistonbroke
I've not bought them yet, but I plan to take the hoses off the car at take them up to halfords to get some that match. They have got stock of generic size hoses to choose from. The outside edge of the hoses that go to the cooler (one from the resevior, the other from the rack), at the points where they bend, I can see the rubber starting to crack. I've read on here that it's only the casing, and it's nothing to worry about. I would rather get them changed though.

Chris Wilson
Personally I'd have no qualms using it in the PAS system.
pistonbroke
It does say on the back of it that it can be used in type 2 or 3 too. I just want to be safe and sure about it.
garethr
Toyota Type IV is extremely expensive. Dexron is cheap. Use Dexron. Don't waste the T-IV on the PAS.
pistonbroke
I have no use for the type IV anymore as I have a 6sp manual. Not an auto.
Ian C
Isn't that the stuff that goes in the Getrag these days instead of V160
