JamesF
Right I need a hotel in London for the nights of the 13th and 14th. Where can you recommend? Within reasonable distance of London and so theres not a nightmare drive to get to Buckingham Palace (Royal Garden Party). As cheap as possible. I dont really know London so I dont want to choose a travelodge and then it to be in Plymouth or something! James
Rob Dublin
Have visted a few times, used http://www.laterrooms.com and http://www.expedia.com. Both have maps and show you how far away from the centre of things you are. Can be done to a budget too.
Branners
I can recommend Marlin Apartments if you can find any near where you are going. They are very well furnished and in some great locations. Much better than a hotel.
ilicos
Anything in the Victoria/Picadilly/Mayfair area will be just a stones throw from the Palace.
