Steve H
Hi Fellas Summer’s heading swiftly our way and we’re ready to launch our next Trackaction-Online club trackday! On Saturday September 5th we will be running an open pitlane at Mallory Park and all Supra club members are invited to come along! Mallory is a great venue, not too hard to learn but still plenty challenging enough to keep you interested all day and it’s pretty central so not as much of a trek to get to as places like Cadwell and Croft! We will be limiting numbers to make sure that everyone can get plenty of tracktime, and free instruction will be available on the day so it’s the perfect day out whether you are a novice or a regular track-monkey. This is a 98db event so you would need to ensure you don't sound like a harrier taking off . The list price for the day is £195 but as usual we have agreed a discount for club members and there is an extra bonus for booking early. The club rate is £180 but the first ten places booked will get an extra £30 off and the next twenty will get £15 off so they will pay £150 and £165 respectively. Obviously we expect these places to go fairly quickly so to give everyone a fair chance we will be activating the discounts on Saturday June 6th at 9am and then it’s first come, first served for the cheaper places! You can book at our shop HERE!! but to get the cheaper rate you’ll need a discount code so please shout up on this thread if you’d like to come and I’ll PM you the details. Hope a few of you can make it! Cheers Steve H TA-OL

SteveR
Is it the oval layout or will it include the blip with the hairpin up on one corner as well? I am thinking of the right track, right?

SteveR
Its not interesting enought for me and for that reason im out. Yes Sir Alan! Have you been before? From the air Mallory looks like it would be dull but until I watched an on-board biking video a few months back I hadn't appreciated the impact the gadient and track width changes bring into it. I'm very interested in going to this: another UK track to tick off the list and at least it's relatively local! Oh and I can't resist hairpins. Steve H
It is a fairly straightforward circuit compared to places like Oulton or Cadwell but I'd say it's a match for Snett or Brands Indy when it comes to keeping you entertained for the day . bignum
The manta video makes it look abit boring tbh, i think he needs an lsd and a different engine:), looks like there`s not much runoff in most places, i may come and watch.
Steve H
Hi fellas Just a bump and a quick update, we’ve now down to the least few spaces priced at £165 for this event so please shout up if you want to come along before the rate goes up to the proper club price at £180. SteveR
I'd be there if I didn't need new disks, pads & tyres. I'm annoyed as I'd like to try Mallory after seeing the Superbikes there on TV recently, it looks deceptively technical & fun!
AlexM
Sounds like I'm going to be there on my own (from the forum)
