b_have
Ok, having almost zero experience of fitting/painting bodykits, I need to know how to fit my Veilside sideskirts. Is it a kinda 'first fix' system of offering them up, cutting for a good fit, then removing, painting and re-fitting? Or are they fitted/filled and painted in situe? many thanks, Charlie. keron
personally, i would trial fit them (offer them up) and see where they may need shaving/cutting etc to fit spot on...i would then fit them on the car properly and then get them painted as they can be tricky to fit once painted and you would not want to have them painted again!....plus it would be easier to get a better colour match. mrboost
I have to agree I always do a trial fitment any modifications then can be made before painting. If you require and help give us a pm or email [email protected] and I will do my best to help you out.

Dude Thanks Dude they should be a really quick check fitting and then painting mate Sometime you get really thick sprayed on fibreglass (especially under the door and under the sill - where they have to be bent out slightly to clip in) and then you have problems - sign of a cheap make These normally cost more to modify then paying slightly more for those that do fit well the first time (i.e.mine:thanku: ) YPCYPT
