You have to phone them up and give them a credit card number to prove you're over 18 and they'll remove it for you, or if you haven't got a card, you can get it done in one of the shops IIRC. Lengthy written communication with their head office, no point wasting time on the phone to their call centres as they will just tell you that you can cancel but you have to pay the remainder of your line rental. Fitz Posted May 27, 2009 Share Posted May 27, 2009 lol, they are a pain in the ar*e though. You can't remove the adult content blocker on your account in store (I know, I work for 3). It has to be done via the contact centre and you need to have a credit card, otherwise they won't do it. If you have a 3 phone dial 500, if you're calling from a landline it's 08707 330 320.
