He is the main driver, and has his mum and dad as named drivers. Wha't illegal about that? He's not got his mum or dad as main drivers and he as a named... Because anything costing an 18 year old student £2800 is expensive, not just car insurance. But if it's mum and dad picking up the bill it doesn't really matter what it costs, does it? Id say he's better searching for UK spec To be fair as an 18yr old with a 300bhp car its not bad, he is very high risk but having a car like this at his age may evolve him into a respectful driver (certainly did me!) and further insurance may take this into account Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
