Branners
Well thats certainly an interesting turn of events. I would be interested to know if the policy physically stopped the event by stopping the cars, or if they simply suggested it shouldnt go ahead? This could have a serious bearing on some of the events we run and the convoys associated with them..
bradleyh_15
I think its mainly due to the other sites this particular event was being advertised on and the place the event was taking place in!
Branners
true, but it was an organised run through London which the police took exception to, so that in itself worries me. I still plan on doing a London photoshoot at some point and probably have at least half their tunnels lined up on my route.

bradleyh_15
I bloody hate traffic wardens!!! Ha! Nope unfortunatly the fire brigade who i do work for work closly with the police with all the "road safety" campaigns and we have to go along to alot of there road side patrols and "educate" the public. So we get all the inside info on where when and what is being done to "drive down the risk"
Guest darknightmare
sorry for the late reply....apparently the police didnt cancel the whole event just told a few of the members of the bjrally team the was not aloud to attend due to being nicked in the past for things like street racing, street drifting ect... so instead of stopping the team stopping the few they spoil it for everyone oh well im sure there will be more soon :-)
