themodifiedkid
Just clutching at straws mate but are the springs still in place that sit in the caliper and connects from one pad to the other?
Rinus
Does it make more click noise when you drive the car backwards (break), and then forwards (brake)? In comparison 2 times braking when you driving forwards... then there might be a littlebit freeplay on the new pads, I've had this on an audi before, with immitation pads.
