Kirk
Pull your headlamp out, unplug all your bulbs and drain it. Try and get a new cap or just cover it up for the time being
merckx
I removed the bulbs and used a hot air gun (move the heat around so you don't melt it) on the lense to evaporate the condensation out of the headlamp.
Kirk
be careful when using heat gun or you end up with a heat spot lile this

alaing
Another way is a towel over them with the headlamps on full beam but be careful can get quite hot!
Guest swanzsupra
Condensation gone ! removed headlight bulb and used hairdryer to dry out headlamp , took about 25mins , was well worth it. Thanks for the ideas everyone.
Guest Suprafly
I've got this same problem on my drivers side headlight, I thought about using a hairdryer to evaporate the condensation, and after a quick search (yes some people actually do use the search button) and this confirms that, thanks. Guest Suprafly
Right It took me all of 20 minutes with the wifes hairdryer to clear the condensation, I refitted my light bulbs and rubber grommet seals and all was well for about an hour, so I'm thinking there was obviously still some moisture present. Back out with the hairdryer tomorrow then.
