Heres a tip... Stage 1...Next time you think of loads, write them down on a piece of paper before you progress to the making the CD stage. Stage 2...Then move on to the making the CD stage. This is difficult, but as you enter the 'making the CD' mental block phase, try not to forget where you put the piece of paper with loads on it.
