benkei Posted May 23, 2009 Share Posted May 23, 2009 To the people who go to the gym here, what is it usually like on a Bank Holiday Monday? Packed? Empty? Normal? I still intend to go, but what is the best time to go? Do other people tend to have bank holidays off? Or use them as a bonus day when they can train at a time more suitable to themselves? The gym I go to isn't that big, and don't want to be queuing for ages waiting for machines and equipment! I'd prefer to go when it's relatively quiet. Best time for me to go is at 19:30 because everyone goes straight after work i think its always mobbed from 5 till 7ish. early mornings would be best if you could manage it tbh. I wish mine was dead on a sunny day its got an outside heated pool i just cant win! The only time its fairly dead is early morning or after 8pm.
