Where do you hold the steering wheel when driving?

Out of interest, say you are doing some spirited twisty country road driving. Where / how do you hold the wheel?

 

eg. left hand 11 o'clock, right hand 2 o'clock...or maybe its just the right at 12 o'clock while the left arm is resting etc.

:thumbs: I was always taught to drive like this (by a police driver in my very early years) and have kept it ever since. I cannot understand how people drive using the 11-1 or 10-2 positions, unless they don't really push the car though the corners.

I can confirm that's how police taught in the sixties, now they are using a Radio on their collar and eating a burger while running over pedestrians:innocent::innocent:
