Creaking

Monty

Recommended Posts

Have read that many people have seemed to had this fault. Coasting to a stop (at lights etc) there is a distinct creaking noise under braking and only when braking, not only this but yeasterday in the heavy rain, the creak stopped.

Im thinking something on the brake caliper is ceasing...?

I too have some sort of creaking noises. But mine creaks when i'm driving (the noumber of creaks increases with speed) and seems to stop when i'm turning left:blink:

It seems to be coming around the drivers front tire somewhere. And it doesen't creek when it's raining

That sounds like it may be a wheel bearing.

All my studs are fine, i think it may be a worn bush but no idea which one until it gets worse. It is annoying though puuling up to lights with a loud creaking noise...hardly stylish!
