What exactly is this link for?

I was looking arround my favories and came accross this link.

http://www.max-boost.co.uk/max-boost/supra/boosting_the_beast.htm

Ive read through it but i dont understand. Is it describing the details of the TTC mod? or some other mod that brings things online quicker? He talks about increasing low rpm boost down at the bottom. so i assume its TTC he is on about? I fancy giving it a try but the article confuses me so much lol.

I thaught TTC was quite a quick easy mod.

I was blinded with science Guigsy i'll be honest but I am always troubled with any kind of paper that ends with anything a bit glib - and i quote:

"Yikes dude, I didn't understand half of the stuff you've said, but now I'm kinda scared".

Might be A1 factually correct but that just worries me!

Lol, that's JohnA's website, it has some good information but also some seriously opinionated pages.

Much as some of his pages are technically correct I seriously disagree with a few of them.

He was one of our more colourful characters here but 'could not be told'. Nice chap though and did have a good understanding of the TT system, though in this case slightly flawed (as he didn't consider the jspec system). Much of the info works on the UK spec but not on the jspec and has since been shown very clearly on the dyno. The theory is good though.

well that doesnt worry me 2 much as i have a uk.

So are you saying if i were to do the mod i wouldnt see any increase?

And am i right he is saying for example that instead of my first turbo being 0.6 bar it would be 1.2? and then when the 2nd turbo came in at 4k rpm or whatever both turbos would still be 1.2 bar?

Or am i missing something? I quite fancy the idea of running 1.2 on the first turbo lol. Or will that break something.

And are you saying if i were to do the mod i wouldnt see any increase in performance anyway?
