tooquicktostop Posted May 16, 2009 Share Posted May 16, 2009 I brought all this kit about a year ago from Decathlon in Lakeside, I built myself a home gym in the summerhouse and it has been most useful in my goal to loose weight and get a bit fitter, I have now joined a local golf club where a gym membership is included so with that and the fact I move to France in Jan 2010 I thought I would offer it up on here It will require a van to get it home, or several trips ! Included are Multi gym which I selected on the fact it is very compact yet has quite a lot of exercises for its size Exercise bike with workout computer Cross trainer with workout computer Weights bench with sit up leg bars, this bench can be adjusted for incline also Dumbell set Barbell set set of lightweight dumbells on a stand Weightlifting belt (34" waist) All of this kit cost me over £800, happy to take offers around £500 for the lot Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
