AlanM
don't know, but does it matter, at least short term till the cravings pass
Max Headroom
When I gave up smoking after 23 years of the habit, it was the hardest thing I did. For the first three weeks I couldn't think straight or even function properly because of the cravings. The feeling passed and I have now been "smoke free" for 17 years. On the downside, my weight has rocketed because I now enjoy my food because I can taste it. I have less visits to the dentist as my teeth are in better health and not loose and I can now run after a bus for more than 20 steps. I still fancy a cigarette from time to time but know that it would make me ill if I did start.

Matt H
day 3, i want to kill myself. Well don't give in. The hard bit, like anything, is the first hurdles. Once you get going, the rest of the days will come in your stride to eventually you being free.
Matt H
P.s, put the money you save not being cigs into a jar. Every last penny that you would normally spend. At the end of the month, take that money out and buy something nice for the supra!! That will be an nice incentive for you

adnanshah247
Delighted for ya, well done it wasnt easy but my answer to it all is you dont need to go cold turkey or take nicotine gum n crap, just keep yourself busy and your mind occupied then you wont even think of the damn things. i have been going to the gym as well bulking up on heavy weights so thats given me a lot of motivation as well to stay clear of cigs.
