MONKEYmark
is 1.4 bar still too much to run with a front mount intercooler and water injection? is it the heat that kills turbos or just overboosting highest i have hit is 1.4bar with cw pipes not fitted fmic yet and was going to get water injection to bring temps down

It really needs reducing to about 1.2 bar max.

The turbo speed will be similar. Overspeeding is the killer of the turbos, heat is the engine killer (comustion heat and det that it causes). Billy
Cheers Chris. as you know I am currently making 1 bar how accurately can you achieve 1.2 bar by fitting a bleed t can you set it spot on or will ambient air temp affect it making you have to constantly adjust it

A good valve will allow you to set + or - 0.5 psi easily. They are FAR less hassle than the electronic controllers on sequential turbos, IMO.
