scotty supra
I want to get an orbital polisher and im sure quite a few of you have got one. Could someone recomend me one and tell me the best place to look/buy one from. Im looking for a decent quality one which will last but i dont want to pay silly money. Also where can you get extra mops/attachments for them? Thanks

Guest Budz86
Rotary will have a much higher work rate but has more chance of burning the paint. Dual action might take twice as long as a rotary, but is much safer on the paintwork. It depends if you have any experience with machine polishers. I suspect you don't though because of the question. Dual action will be fine if you are just doing your car. I have a Kestral DA-6 which is pretty good. Only about £100, maybe slightly more if you get a package with cleaning products in too. I did post up a really good detailing guide a while back, I'll try and find it.
