Guest Terry S
I have a new little project, but I need either a junk bottom end or a junk crankshaft. I could benefit a lot of us if it works! Anyone??
Syed Shah
Try some salvage yards most likley, Phil may be able to help out on this. Or you could get one from the states, as they aways seem to be destroying and crashing things!

Terry I can have a look for you but it will cost scrapper prices, the crank is on a low miles J spec auto. All the other bits I have had off the car have been good. The car had a big NS front hit but last time I looked under the car the sump was OK I think the impact damage stopped at the aircon pulley. Let me know if you are interested

Guest Terry S
Phil, I have roped Leon into the project, & he has donated a bottom end, so I am sorted. Many thanks for your efforts.
Ian C
Just not spent enough cash on Supras yet, then, Terry? What ya doing, a JUN-stylee 3.3litre stroker kit?! -Ian
Guest Terry S
That would be too small:p
Alex
It might well be a stroked crank terry is working on but I have a feeling he's concentrating more on the weight and movement aspects....or maybe the load baring as well what with 30psi on his big single...!!!! Do tell all when you have had a play!
Terminator
No No problem mate, some how I thought you would be talking to Leon. If you need another one you know who to call. Any one want a MKIV bottom end, low miles. Two careful owners followed by a couple of car thieves who could not handle the power anhd stacked it into a wall. LOL. Terminator
Unfortunately not, they jumped out and ran away, quite remarkable considering the car went over a few times. Tough car these MKIV's I saw a grim one a year ago the car was only recognisable from what was left of one of the rear light clusters, the thing had been reduced to the height of a door card. Needless to say no bits worth having. It must have gone side over side and end over end at very high speed. A real mess one of the worst wrecks I have seen in a scrapper, can’t imagine any one got out of that one.
