j_jza80
Lovely colour, but too much money. Would look nicer on stock 17"s, and would benefit having a stock spoiler IMO.

Steviekid
Lovely colour, but too much money. I agree. There's plenty of "reasonable" auto TT's for that money.
merckx
I would be very reluctant to buy a car which has been sprayed a none standard colour, has it been done properly, engine bay painted and all the other inconvenient places?
Scott
I'm of the same opinion as the others. Its a nice car and looks very clean. As long as it has all been done properly and is above board then it looks like a cracking car. It IS a bit pricey though. I would be spending a maximum of 3.5k. Nice low mileage example though, if its all as it appears.
Rich
Trying to arrange a viewing of this car,if it is mint what would you guys offer??
Scott
Start off with 3k, if he laughs just tell him that it IS a mint example but you see these cars going for 2k all the time. Tell him that 4.5k is tubby money. Work your way up to your maximum, that can only be determined by yourself

Max Headroom
It is painted in a non standard TOYOTA colour, but is painted in an AUDI standard colour. I was expecting flip paint job!
gordy07
Lovelly car but take scotts advice and go in low to start with
Homer
Very nice colour, but not liking the rest. WAY to expensive for a 5spd NA, £3k would be too much IMO. A lot would depend on the rest of the car, if it's nice then it's worth a try, but the repaint does hint that it might not have been a pretty car before, especially as the rest of the car doesn't match the nice paintwork,

Will have a look on the weekend and will let you all know what the condition of the car is and take some pics of the engine bay and other stuff. Without seeing it, it's impossible know, but for me sets off some alarm bells. Usual precautions and all that, but best to make those extra checks for sign of damage in case that's the reason for the repaint. It might all be genuine, but I always assume a car is wreck, then look for signs to prove otherwise
