That would do the exact opposite to what you want. As we've already said the "chattering" noise is made because the diameter of the BOV is not big enough to let all the back pressure away (from a single turbo) therefore the turbo stalls, exaclty what a BOV is designed to prevent. Basically, most single turbos create too much boost for an external wastegate (usually around 50mm) to get rid of. The turbo's themselves are strong enough to withstand the stalling.
