can you still drive around if #2 turbo is stalling

I think my number 2 turbo is stalling. from about 3 to 4 rpm there is a slight sharp flutter that use to be really loud and after 4 rpm the car would be fine till you would hit 80kilometres and the car would have a power drop and the engine would sound flat like its struggling but still going faster, but not like it should. I found out the Intake Air Control Valve (IACV) was rooted and was making its actuator stick open. got it replaced and its still making the sharp flutter noise but not as loud and is still dropping power at 80ks when i floor it, so I think the Exhaust Gas Control Valve (EGCV) or the Exhaust Gas Bypass Valve (EGBV) are rooted aswell. so iam just going to get them all replaced but whilst iam waiting for the parts can i just cruise around with it doing it?

cheers Luke

Drive it like a diesel, don't go over 4000rpm. I did that for a while trying to diagnose a sequential problem, as I needed to use the car.

It's frustrating though :)

Probably your exhaust gas control valve by the way - it'll be stopping the second turbo from spinning and when the IACV opens the boost from #1 just spins #2 backwards and vents the boost.
