mintedm
anyone explain to me what wires go where, very good when it comes to wiring things but this makes no sense to me, anyone help http://i136.photobucket.com/albums/q190/mintedm/switch.jpg
SteveR
What do you want it to do? The best thing to do is to just get a competent person to fit it TBH. Don't end up shorting your car out, blowing fuses or worse - wiring it up so it causes a fire.
mintedm
sorry should have explained its the fog light switch, just swapping it over from the one thats been put in when imported, wires are there already, just the savage switch has more pins than it needs by the looks of things
Jamesy W
If I can remember right, the two outer prongs are for illumination and the middle two are for signal.
mintedm
why 8 prongs then? seems alot more than it needs
JustGav
It is simple enough, however if you aren't comfortable doing it, then I wouldn't advise it... In a nutshell... Ground would connect to LED cathode - 12v switched feed would go to common From the N/O take a wire and connect it to LED cathode + and also to the fog light.
