burnt rear brake disc

got new 3g brake discs fitted on car few weeks ago at local garage drove car slowly straight home took it out tonight for a 10 min drive didnt brake hard anywhere but noticed the drivers side rear looks like it has burned slightly(looks like a rainbow) around the hub area is this normal will it go away in time.

I would think they would dis-colour a little when new.

Next time you go for a drive, see if its very hot when you get back. If so you've probably got a sticky caliper slider (I think you have the smaller j-spec brakes).

That can be sorted with a caliper refurb kit.

It's not normal and indicates the disc has overheated. Sticking sliding caliper? It's rather common especially on the rears.

 

The disc *may* have warped, personally I'd want to get the issue solved then replace the disc.

were will i get a caliper refurb kit can the garage that fitted my discs fix the caliper.

The refurb kit can be bought from Toyota, though your garage should have picked up if the calliper was seized or a slider was sticking. They are not too difficult to refurb.
