My New LED rear lights

Right then...

 

All 572 LED are now soldered on at last, so next step is to solder on some wires, take 5 ft of wire and chop up into 6" lengths..

Next job is to cut up and modify the existing light loom from the lights...

im going to fit LED replacement bulbs first, im considering hitting heckler up for some PCB`s tho, they do really set the car off, im already doing HID all round fronts, LED sidelights and LED indicators, i just have my back bulbs to order, which im putting off (i wonder why) lol

OK, update from todays effort...

 

As the lights were already appart -

Next step is to fit the PCB's

Some minor adjustments required to make the PCB's fit into the mounts.

 

Now that they have all been fitted, the lights can be put back together, On my lights I also have the C-West light covers on..

Now on to the loom. due to the way I have the lights set up, the loom needs to be modified, couple of wires to be removes, one to be added.

 

Take one perfectly good loom

Remove the bulbs, and cut the bulb holders off

Strip all the tape off

Take the side light and brake light wire and cut the short wire off..

and tape upt the exposed join.

 

Feed a new wire into the loom - as this is for the fog light

And tape it all up.
