Tee from China
Was the Supra based on the e-type Jag though? After all, it's wheels are EXACTLY the same kind of round. It's said they used the same spark plugs and headlamp bulbs apparently:eyebrows: Edited April 14, 2009 by Tee from China (see edit history)
Tee from China
LMAO Great reply. Was only thinking the other day, Jesus Tee from China posts a hell of a lot of stuff on this forum, really random stuff as well. This has to be a favourite of mine Was the Supra based on the e-type Jag though? After all, it's wheels are EXACTLY the same kind of round. Yes they did - for the 550/575/599. They have a *mint* condition Supra in the factory at Maranello and each time they design a new front engined GT/Supercar they refer back to the bible that is this Supra for inspiration and guidance.FFS... OK you lot of p**s takers it was just a though - isn't that what this forum is about sharing views and thoughts with like minded people? seems I was wrong and maybe I'll keep these little gems to myself from now on:eyebrows:

Mike
Frank Spencer based his act on a funny man who used to work on the till in Marks & Spencer. Marks & Spencer was based on the idea that goods could be sold to middle class women, if all their cashiers had really good haircuts.
