Any recommendations, advantages, disadvantages of either would be appreciated. Will be buying it for the xbox 360, do both games only support wired microphones? as i would ideally like to use my lips wireless microphones on them. Mike Posted April 11, 2009 Share Posted April 11, 2009 I have it on good authority (my mate is a drummer) that 'Guitar Hero World Tour' is the one to go for - the drums are a lot stronger and the kit overall is better quality. caseys Posted April 16, 2009 Share Posted April 16, 2009 GHWT is good, just unpacked my drum kit the other week and giving it hell, it's pretty damn sturdy. Not tried Rockband though It does look like it has better downloadable content.... BUT If you buy Guitar Hero world tour you can then of course use all the other Guitar Hero disks previously (3, Aerosmith, Metallica) with the guitar and pick them up pretty cheap.
