Rain seems to have cleared, pallet is loaded on the van to drop the n.a lump onto. Fingers crossed by the end of today i should be engine less.

yeah i had to cut mine off with an angle grinder, although the sparks were going very near my fuel line! .....(Clench!)

 

while its out mate, give it a nice clean up and check everything on your steering rack as if anything goes wrong with that e.g any leaks etc it will be a bitch to sort when the engine is in.

 

what box you using with it??

I will just be happy with a working TT engine and box in.

 

I have to say thanks to colin and my little bro in law kris, both where working on my car while i was working in lofts yesterday. So i wasnt there to see it removed.

 

 

I think a check of subframne bolts, bushes and shocks are in order.
