Angarak
Have you tried booting up into safe mode and running a scan then? Try MBAM, it will run in safe mode. Failing that, if its set to run as a service on startup (which some self-replicating trojans do) you will need your OS CD so you can disable it via the Repair Option of the Windows Installation (assuming your on XP). However, before you can do this you need to find out which service it is running as...google would no doubt reveal more info. Quick search reveals it as a legit MS file: http://www.bang.ro/d3dramp_dll.htm Another reveals it as a more recent suspicious file: http://www.prevx.com/filenames/X3417569969996136374-X1/D3DRAMP.DLL.html

Angarak
Hmmm. Try here: http://www.threatexpert.com/reports.aspx?find=d3dramp.dll&x=7&y=8 It lists all threats that mention d3dramp.dll, one of them may have symptoms you've experienced and could help you to resolve the issue. To me, with your keyboard being slow, it sounds like a keylogger of some sort.
JustGav
http://aleegold.com/trojan22count.jpg Consider using a boot up disk like bartpe with the latest antivirus installed as you can't trust the current OS on the HDD if you think you have a virus/trojan/malware as they are rather good at hiding themselves.
