Car won't start - URGENT i need to go to work lol

Looking for some help as my car won't fire up..

 

It turns over fine so the battery has been ruled out.

It sparks a spare plug so i'm thinking the ignitor is ruled out

I can smell fuel coming out of the exhaust so i'm thinking that rules out the fuel pump

 

The only things of note are that the fuel gauge isn't moving when i turn the ignition on and that it doesn't seem to be priming when i turn the ignition to on.

 

I was thinking it could be flooded?

They never do on Supras. The fuel gauge always displays the current level, even if the ignition is off.

Flooded to hell. God knows what the guy did lol. I took the plugs out, gave them a damn good clean, took the EFI fuses out and cranked her for a few seconds. Put everything back together and eventually she fired.

I honestly can't believe i didn't even get a splutter from it when trying to start it. I thought if it was flooded it would at least TRY to start. Absolutely nothing at all, so lesson learned.
