NOS isn't illegal to use AFAIK.

 

The article is somewhat schizophrenic - are modified cars the 'problem', or young drivers, or young drivers in modified cars, or fast cars (note you can modify a car an not alter it's power - bodykits etc), fast cars that weren't initially designed/able to be fast, or young people in fast cars?

NOS is not illegal to have or have installed but it is illegal to use on public roads
