supra_si
Ok well i spent 3 hours this evening test fitting my do luck replica to the car, If any one has one simliar did you have to remove the crash bar at the front, seemed like the only way i could get it to fit and looks like i may need to make the left hole bigger to allow the fmic pipework to not be resting in the bumper
supra_si
Did anyone else have to cut a hole for the hot side intercooler pipe?
MarkR
I have a genuine Do-Luck bumper. I had to cut both side for the IC pipes (as it's a large Blitz IC), and had to remove the standard crash bar although I had a new slimline crashbar made up from some serious steel to replace the fat standard one. I recently had a small bumper bashing (less than 5 MPH) and the IC mounts bent without the crash bar, so I wouldn't recommend losing it. Aldo87
The garage who put mine on removed the crash bar, wouldn't know about the ic pipes as mine as an N/A

Scott
how do u mean? I cut away some of the intake so that it wouldn't foul on the crash bar. I just made sure i did it evenly so that it looks normal.

supra_si
hmmm good idea, will have to speak to a body shop see if they will do that for me too. They should be able to cut out holes for the intercooler pipes at least
