Ok well i spent 3 hours this evening test fitting my do luck replica to the car,

 

If any one has one simliar did you have to remove the crash bar at the front, seemed like the only way i could get it to fit and looks like i may need to make the left hole bigger to allow the fmic pipework to not be resting in the bumper

I have a genuine Do-Luck bumper. I had to cut both side for the IC pipes (as it's a large Blitz IC), and had to remove the standard crash bar although I had a new slimline crashbar made up from some serious steel to replace the fat standard one. I recently had a small bumper bashing (less than 5 MPH) and the IC mounts bent without the crash bar, so I wouldn't recommend losing it.
