Homer
Oops, forgot about this! Wow you, congratulations. Did you follow any diet regimes or clubs? (has someone else asked that?). Thanks Sabrina No diet plan as such and definitely no club thing, just began eating sensibly, nothing particularly special apart from eating healthy nutritious food at least 5 days a week. Nothing horrible either, just picked the healthy stuff I like to eat and stuck to it. Chicken breast is a major part of of my daily food though! Really good achievement to stick with it for so long - just don't go back to the old habits or we'll be reading another of these posts in 5 years time Not a chance of that Jon! It's been too long to go back now, there's no desire there to eat bad foods, they don't even taste good anymore. Fantastic!! I had every faith in you hun Cheers Linda, and thanks again for your help and support in the past, it really made a difference Still got a lot of gym work to do as I've not exercised for months Looking forward to finishing the house refurb so I can get the gym equipment back in and used!! Homer
Finally got some pics together of before and after that are okay(ish) for posting in public Ignore the colour difference, crappy phone cam pics and poor lighting Well that's my excuse. First pic is at my sisters wedding about 20 months ago, 2nd one from about 6 weeks ago. Since then have managed to get consistently below 13stone and at the high end 12 stone 13lb. Well happy with that so just need to start doing some exercise to burn up the remaining flab (and build back some muscle mass) Yes, I'm an ugly bugger but it's all that I was given

Rob Dublin
Well done fella, know it wasn't easy. Piled on the pounds after breaking my collarbone in a quad biking acident and got worried for my waistline when I'm too old for regular footie in a few years! Nearly back to normal but couldn't half murder a packet of choccy digestives right now!

Axle
Good going Darryl. It takes serious discipline to achieve what you have. Only downer is you don't resemble Homer as much as you once did.

Carl_S
You look sexy in both pics. But I'm glad you prefer the lighter you. I have reached BMI normal and my self esteem and general sexiness has skyrocketed and bagged me a really sexy girl. Weight loss rocks. Class One
You for got to mention bald as well! Congrats Daryl, that's given me some inspiration to get off my fat arse and do something about it. I climbed Mt Snowdon last week with my daughter and I felt every bit of extra weight slowing me down. Well done.
