benkei Posted April 6, 2009 Share Posted April 6, 2009 After my mum has been moaning at me to clear away some of my 'junk' as she has decided she wants the house tidying over, my Total Gym XLi is up for grabs here before I stick it on Ebay. It's a good machine which uses your body wieght and your selected incline as resistance. It has all the accesories with it, and the booklet which shows you how to do all the varieties of excercises. I started off on this machine and was very impressed with the results it yielded! However now, even the maximum incline doesn't provide enough resistance for me, so I haven't used it in a while. It's a very strong and stable piece of equipment and has many years left of use in it! It only has slight wear on some of the sponges on the grips, but apart from that it's in fantastic condition! This product is even endorsed by Chuck Norris! Set up: Accesories: And it folds away neatly I'm after £100 O.N.O.
