The design is cool and I can appreciate it I have a full sleave too. Dragon and skulls from chest to wrist. Hurt like f**k on the bicep and bend in the elbow. I'm looking at getting a 3/4 sleeve done at some point in the future but am having real trouble deciding what design i want. Did you design yours yourself?
