I'm running A T78-33D kit with cams + pullys .I am curently runing 1.4 bar boost .I was just wondering what most boost I can run without the conrod going through the block + water jacket ?

With good mapping i reckon a healthy stock block will take big boost, my boost is gear dependant and i run maximum boost of 1.6bar in 3rd gear at the moment but plan on pushing the T67 as far as it will go very soon.

Thats the way to do it , nothing worse than an engine going pop and having to wait for a rebuild, will you go with stock again ?

Det and revs is the only factor to kill a 2jz, get the fueling right and some kind of det supression ie w/i, race fuel and boost away.

I know thats abit of a sweeping statement but with a healthy engine etc thats the top and bottom of it.
