Driving on the parkway all of sudden we all had to brake fairly hard but some prick who was right up my arse had to brake so hard he swerved to try and avoid me and nearly caused another crash (most likely pile up) anyway open my window and give him the finger and noticed he was on his F*uking mobile phone!!!! What a DIck!

Same thing happened to me last may and is how some ass wrote of my Civic always reccomend to leave a good distance between the car infront cant be stressed enough.

Anyway rant over........

I've learn't in the short period of having my supra, that people really do love to be up your arse, I don't know the reason why, and what motivates them to do it, But i've just had it the entire way to work.

+1 to leaving a gap Infront

I sympathise,

There are two things on the road that really infuriate me and thats people on there mobile phones and people that dont indicate.

Despite all the hands free available the problem seems to be getting worse, too many ignorant people...:soap:

I followed a car yesterday that was all over the place, and nearly hit the car it was following up the backside. When I got the chance to get along side it, it was a women who was talking on her phone, she even had her little one's in the car. It really pi$$es me off, I shook my head at her and she just gave me a blank look. If I was a copper, i'd be the cop from hell with people like this.

I slow down if I'm ever tailgated; for safety reasons primarily but most of them soon get the idea and back off.

A friend of mine told me about an incident, many years ago, where he was being tailgated in a wide, quiet, otherwse empty NSL road by a 911. Now this friend (not a Supra owner) wasn't hanging about but the 911 felt the need to hang off his bumper anyway. So my friend eases off the gas and the car begins to slow down. Holding a steady 50mph, the 911 is still 1' from him, so he slows to 40, again he's still there so down to 30mph he goes, 911 chap still 1' from the back...

Ultimately he ended up coasting to a complete stop and laughing his @ss off as the 911 driver was SO close he couldn't pull round him without reversing first to give himself enough room. :rlol:

I think some idiots do it because they want you to burn them off so they can see how quick the Supra is.

Truth is, I drive my Supra slower than my Alhambra!

I cant burn them off as im in a NA so i have to :p

just glad he didnt go in the back of me as i only decided to keep my car after it was up for sale cause i couldnt afford it as i was made redundant but got another job luckily
