hadyn
Can you keep the stock top tt air feed if you fit the heatshield supplied with the blitz sus indution kit?
hadyn
Answered this question myself today, as I got busy with a junior hacksaw so that I could retain the stock top air feed: Not the smoothest/neatest of cuts, but its functionality that counts Car feels a lot better for it
themodifiedkid
Can you really feel a difference by putting the stock air feed back on?

hadyn
Can you really feel a difference by putting the stock air feed back on? Yes, but the difference is even more noticeable once you have a heatshield in place. End of the day, you're just replicating the stock airbox, but not doing as good as a job
themodifiedkid
Fooking hell, ave you shit the bed, ur up early mate!!!!!!! But i do have a blitz sonic and have got the heat shield in, so just asking whether it was worth cutting it to fit the stock air feed back on, but think you have already answered me question Yes, but the difference is even more noticeable once you have a heatshield in place. hadyn
I cannot recommend at the minimum fitting the top stock air feed as well as a heatshield if you have a cone filter after a day drag racing at Shakespeare today. The heatshield became hot to touch, so just imagine all that hot air being sucked directly in, especially if you dont have another cold air feed to combat this...
