tooquicktostop
I had a 944 Auto a couple of years back, loved it and it was 100% reliable, mine was a hard top but the car was so much fun Yours looks very nice indeed, bring on the sunshine
Homer
Nice, I do like that Hope you don;t mind me asking, but how much did that set you back? I remember they were seriously expensive car back in their day. nice how you got the trader sign in there too Todd
RedM
Oooh very nice. I'd rather have the shy one in the garage though!
Pete
I remember they were seriously expensive car back in their day. Really? I thought they were very reasonable. My friend had a tin top 944 S2. It was very lack lustre really. Soft top at least has a poser factor.
Todd
I'd rather have the shy one in the garage though! That was today's job, putting out over 500bhp that beastie, seriously nice car. Homer, I put in a cheeky bid never expecting for one minute to win it as given the history and receipts I expected it to go for 7k, not 3600 Got all the MOTs from new, old fella I got it from only did a couple of thousand in last 7yrs and spent 8k on it, plain crazy but made me happy

j_jza80
one of those few cars that looks cool, no matter what company it's in.
Supranature
Had a few 944 over the years, and I have to say they are as bulletproof as the 2JZ, although not as smooth revving as the S2 is a 3 litre-4 cylinder (its actually half of a 928 engine, bored out!) They have brilliant handling due to their near-perfect 50-50 weight distribution, in fact the Turbo version could go around a track faster than the then flagship 911 Turbo, embarrasing for Porsche at the time. Rear arches are VERY prone to rust, closely followed by the cills. Keep an eye on the drain outlets underneath the battery and opposite rear boot compartment, any water retention here will result in fatigue behind the back wheels half way up the panel. If the clock is still working you are lucky- they go for nearly £100 second-hand! You will enjoy this car. Good luck. Looks in great nick, too. Benjy
Worked at a garage specialising in 944's last year. They're pretty rare I believe, and very sought after. Looks rather purdy though! Thank god for JD eh!? lol I do believe I'd had a few JD's when I decided to buy my Supra!! lol

Todd
Here she was all finished. Was gutted to see her go, followed the new owner down the motorway and it looked amazing on the move, everyone that overtook it slowed down for a look.
