Trig
quick question, not sure if im being completely dumb here, ive tried hooking my PC up to my 37'' LG tv, it has an RGB plug on the back and the monitor cable plugs into it, yet when i turn the PC on, the tv says its not recieving a signal? is there something i have to change on the TV or is it not as simple as this? edge
Maybe input select needs changing? Do you have hdmi in? I use a dvi to hdmi cable and just select hdmi 1 on the menu and its all just seems to work nicely.
Spike3.0
Is it a tower PC or laptop? If its a laptop check for the F (function) Key on the bottom left, and usually F5 flips the monitor over...
creative
as above... if its a tower you need to set the graphics card to display 2 outputs... on a lappy. see above.

Al Massey
Try pressing it a few times. Mine has 4 different functions. I press it once for a projector, twice to black out, 3 times to go on my tv and 4 times to be on the screen aswell as the tv

PeteA
Also make try setting to a low resolution before you plug it in, as it may be too high a res or refresh rate.
