Transmission mount

Hey guys,

 

I have a questions about my transmission mount.

I've seen the mount from below but when i put an screwdriver between the transmission and the mouting plate the transmission

can go up and down. Is this normal? Can this be the problem

when I shift quikly that there comes a klunk from the mount?

It also seems like the mount is bent down a bit.

　　There would have been more "I love yous" ... more "I'm sorrys"... but mostly, given another shots at life, I would seize every minute... look at it and really see it...live it...and never give it back.
