Konrad
I'm looking for some kind of lifting/pulling equipment which can handle up to 2.5 ton. It have to be something similiar to farm jack, but also being capable to pull something down, not only lift up. Have you heard about equipment like this and where could I get it? http://www.northerntool.com/images/product/images/144842_lg.jpg

Supradan
Cant think of anything that looks like a farm jack that will do what you want. Sounds like you need hydraulics on it.
JamieP
I use these genie lifts a lot for installing large RSJ's safely, not sure if this type of thing you are looking for. http://www.genie-lift-hoist-hire.co.uk/

I do consider hydraulics too, but was hoping for more simple solution. Farm jack looks like type of thing which cannot really go wrong I use these genie lifts a lot for installing large RSJ's safely, not sure if this type of thing you are looking for. http://www.genie-lift-hoist-hire.co.uk/ That's slight overkill
