gordy07
I just received my new htc touch hd and it is impressive:) Although i would like a satnav program for it too. Has anyone used tomtom7 or igo8 with windows mobile6?
MrRalphMan
Yep, I have a HD and am using TT 7.915 with the latest maps. Work pretty well, but does seem slightly laggy. 2 to 3 secs behind. Plenty good enough for spotting cameras and navigating though.
gordy07
Thanks mate,i had read on a phone forum last night that igo8 worked better but i would prefer to use TT 7 if possible. Have you had any other issues?
dangerous brain
I use mcguider on my older m700 on mobile 6. I did have tom tom on it but I found it a bit slow and the postcode entry was difficult. That said I had an "evaluation" version.
Konrad
I have this phone and using TT7 with it, works a treat, I do not experince any lags.
MrRalphMan
No issues at all with TT7 running, lag is there, but not much worse then any other GPS solution. If you're driving along and stop, it takes a few secs for the speed to drop to 0. Most of the time you don't notice it.
