A friend and I reworked the mounts front and back shortly after getting it home as it was about to part company with the car. Put it this way, i was holding into one of the metal hoops on the front and it came off in my hand They are now both the toughest bit of the bonnet due to some pro fiberglassing/steel work - due to this previous abuse it has a few cracks on the surface, especially near the drivers side hinge that appears to have had some work done on it, this probably bore the brunt of it flipping up. (EXAMPLE) - even in as new condition, i dont think it would have fitted wonderfully, bigger panel gap down one side than the other, site lower than the wings. (EXAMPLE) Still want it? I may be interested in a straight swap with a decent silver standard bonnet, other wise i'll keep it and fiddle with it in my spare time Swap ya smurf!
