Chiefgroover
Met a guy with a Storm blue UK Manual, 94, 48,000 summer miles FSH unmarked paint, he is the second owner. He wants to know what his car is worth in either form to sell 1. standard, no extra's. 2. with £12K of quality extras, including T.Tech Hybrids hks f -con, cams, exh, top notch hi-fi etc, I cant remember what he said the rest was. He is unsure if he should strip the extras off or not. Car looks new, drives it too. Lucky dog, I wish mine was as good. Your opinions are welcome. Seb
A lot of money, I reckon, either way - I'm no expert, but some people will pay a *lot* of money for a UK manual, esp. with so few miles on.
TRD3000GT
I would say at least £15 K... Probably more. GOOD examples of these cars are far and few between... There are supras and there are SUPRAS I have over time seen a lot of examples of how things should and should NOT be done.. Needless to say a lot of mods are in bad taste and the cheap parts are bought wich makes the car crappy. In the end its all about paying for top quality parts that will keep the price up.. I would not let mine go for anything under £25 K in a month once everything is fitted!
Supragal
It wouldn't be that he would be able to claim back what he spent but I personally would pay more for a car that had a load of mods done PROVIDED they were to my benefit. i.e. if I was in the market for a supe and was planning engine mods and came across one with them already done, I'd pick that over a stock one any day! Pete
if I was in the market for a supe and was planning engine mods and came across one with them already done, I'd pick that over a stock one any day! This always worries me as all too often you hear of people whacking on engine upgrades that uprate the performance, but ignore the fundamentals which will affect long term reliability. I'd want a lot of history.
Supragal
I was basing that on the fact he said the car was amazing/perfect etc kinda thing.

Bobbeh
48k miles! Not 15k. I paid that for mine 3 years ago with 40k miles on, and it was black Deffo more than 12 tho But as it IS rarer, he can up the price to higher levels.

TRD3000GT
yours did look amazing when i saw it in leceister sq - deffo give many a super car a run for its money in the looks department Thanks mate, There are only a few minor exterior mods to finish with, Trial rear and possibly a bonnet of some sort... Im thinking JUN. But the engine will more than work over most super cars some 2 weeks time. Im sure you will all be impressed with dyno sheets once I post them!!
