DannoSupra
After Beeing made redundant at our Local Jaguar Dealership ive moved into the Family Bakery, and we're supplying a lot of big supermarkets, and they want us to make different muffin recipies for them! One order for a supermarket is going tomorrow and they're having more than 2000 Muffins, this is the FIRST order, and we expect it to get a lot bigger in the next few weeks, even days! Any idea's on Fillings, Toppings etc etc? Baring in mind these will be mass produced and dont want to do anything too fancy We make the Originals!! Chocolate with White Choc Chips, Blueberry and Lemon PoppySeed Muffins.. So new idea's ive got so far! Strawberry + Champagne Strawberry + White Chocolate Chips Plain Muffin + White or Milk Chocolate Chips Apple + Cinamon (crumble style) Toffee Apple?? Rasberry + White Chocolate Peach + Rasberry Apricot + White Chips Banana + Toffee Banana + Nuts Hawaiian = Pinaple = Coconut Shavings?? Or what about a Healthy Breakfast one - Sultana's, Raisins, Bran, Oats, Apricots, Sunflower Seeds, Walnuts, Cinamon And we need to introduce the Lower Fat Range for Hospitals, like Lemon and Multiseed Cranberry + Sultana Cranberry + Orange ---- Any thoughts will be much appreciated

Ace
I'd never have even thought of half of those combinations that you've come up with. I'm quite sure I'd have no problem polishing off a muffin that had any of those toppings. You were wasted at Jaguar with an imagination like that. Frank Bullitt
How about Rhubarb & custard? Have tried a version of Strawberry + Champagne in the past, not too impressed with the flavour & the Champagne made it a very stodgy consistency. colsoop
I think you need to test these flavours before sending them out to customers. I would like to volunteer for said tester role. It will be hard work but i think i could do it
