Cheers mate

I've just bought a boost logic T67 kit and just checking what else i might need before i take the car to the garage, what size exhaust would you recommend for this turbo, i have a 3" RS-R and been told this is no good and need to upgrade to a 4", which might make sence since the kit came with a 4" downpipe.

A 3" exhaust is fine with a T67.

3" will be fine, has your 4" midpipe got a V band on it though? If so you'll need something to convert down to a 2 bolt flange?

Just depends on how far you want to push it, 1.5 bar is normally ok but you'll need 800 or 850cc injectors for that. I'd definately be removing the fuel pulsation dampener, funnily enough I sell a pipe for that! http://garagewhifbitz.co.uk/index.php?page=shop.product_details&flypage=flypage-ask.tpl&product_id=7448&category_id=2001&option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=53

So your saying my 650 are no good, i'm looking for about 500-550 bhp.

They will support that, I am currently running 650cc drop ins with stock rail, stock FPR and the pulsation dampner is still in place, although its on the list to be removed.

This setup with a Bosch 044 in tank supports my 592hp ;)
