jayssupra
Would a Walbro 255 be ok for a T67 turbo on 650cc injectors
Wez
Would a Walbro 255 be ok for a T67 turbo on 650cc injectors A single Walbro can support about 550hp, myself and a couple of others have done without issue, beyond that I would look at a Bosch 044. Paul Whiffin
Would a Walbro 255 be ok for a T67 turbo on 650cc injectors Your injectors will max out before your fuel pump I'd say.

We've run 1.7 bar on a T67 before without a problem, that must have had over 600bhp, may be more.
jayssupra
Cheers mate I've just bought a boost logic T67 kit and just checking what else i might need before i take the car to the garage, what size exhaust would you recommend for this turbo, i have a 3" RS-R and been told this is no good and need to upgrade to a 4", which might make sence since the kit came with a 4" downpipe. A 3" exhaust is fine with a T67.

If so you'll need something to convert down to a 2 bolt flange?

No probs, how much boost are you going to run? Those injectors wont take much.....
jayssupra
Don't no what boost, don't no much about injectors what would you recommend, i only bought these injectors because i thought they were about right.
Paul Whiffin
Just depends on how far you want to push it, 1.5 bar is normally ok but you'll need 800 or 850cc injectors for that. I'd definately be removing the fuel pulsation dampener, funnily enough I sell a pipe for that! http://garagewhifbitz.co.uk/index.php?page=shop.product_details&flypage=flypage-ask.tpl&product_id=7448&category_id=2001&option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=

Wez
So your saying my 650 are no good, i'm looking for about 500-550 bhp. They will support that, I am currently running 650cc drop ins with stock rail, stock FPR and the pulsation dampner is still in place, although its on the list to be removed. This setup with a Bosch 044 in tank supports my 592hp

Walbro and fpd pipe will work fine, cheaper than the Bosch. If you really want the Bosch I can do that of course.
