I never thought I would feel other guys abs up in the gym, or comment on how good other guys body parts look in the gym, but I guess thats part and parcel of what I do. It's a weird bond that gym going guys form. Love it.

Can't say i have noticed any guys feeling each other at my gym:p

  • 1 year later...

Stack tge following for 6months, train hard & eat well:

animal pak (multivitamin) 1pack a day, consists of 12 pills

nitrotech hardcore pro series (protein with very low carb) 2shakes a day 1hour before /1hour after training

celltech hardcore pro series (creatine with shit loads of sugar to help inflate :p) 1shake straight after workout

ja3ked (nitric oxide) 1shake 20mins before workout (gives u a boost of energy)

amino acids (usually consisting of 4pills before/4 pills after training

glucosamine (helps recovery, add a dash to your morning shake)

these in my opinion are a must if your looking to get big/lean quick

additions I later on found out I'd need:

omega 3 cod liver oil (joints where aching when benching big numbers)

glucosamine (still for joints as I noticed "clicking" during bench and squat)

flax seed oil (I'm forgetting now but I believe it's for Essential fatty acids)

Hawthorne berry (blood pressure balancing)

Drink plenty of water as you'd need to clean your liver of all the buildup, I'd recommend 2litres a day or more.

last but not least..... Some xxl tshirts so you can breathe!

I may "MAY" consider cycling a ph but it seems the gains are temporary and don't make sense when you balance the pros and cons.

Mine is full of people i dont want to talk to much, they have "this and that jobs" and one went to jail for ripping up a paving slab and hitting someone with it.

Infact the owner went to jail a few years back. I just shave my head and act like im a thug also.

Makes me feel like a big man.

Yeah, very old thread..... I like thread resurrection though.

One thing I'd like to point out though, not everyone who goes to gym flexes in the mirror or has a huge ego and not everyone does body-building to get huge. I would hate to have huge muscles and veins popping out everywhere. That 3% fat guy further up the thread looks like that Rock dude out of the Fantastic 4.

I do weight/strength training and cardio to support my climbing and to improve my overall fitness, it's a bonus being ripped. However, I stay fit for myself and nobody else, I'd hate to look in the mirror and see fat, just a personal choice. Nothing against fat people mind, you're fat because you do nothing and eat loads of food.... again a personal choice :D

Wow... this thread encourages my opinion that doughbags inhabit heavy-weight gyms. I like to weight train but hate people who gather in groups, socialise, hog machines for hours... and... errr... take pictures of themselves WHILE IN THE GYM

Go play some sport - then take pics of you hitting someone
