Ark
Chaps, I need to get the dimensions of the Mocal 115mm oil cooler. Before anyone points me here, what I really need is the one dimension they haven't listed - the width of the actual core, which will be wider than the distance between hose barbs, but less than the distance between mounting holes. Having a mare with some plumbing issues TIA.

Ark
Yeah, I know it sounds like a dumb question, but there's no way it can be 115mm if the hose barbs are 128mm apart...
Ark
In case anyone cares or is interested, the answer is 168mm I haven't yet figured out where 115mm comes into it.
EdMorris
Sorry to drag this up, but whereabouts did you mount it? I'm trying to install a filter relocation kit plus an additional cooler and I don't really want to take off my front bumper if I don't have to (not very good with bodywork bits). Ark
Missed this one coming up again... I put this one in the drivers side intake, where the stock intercooler goes. you _might_ be able to get in there with just the headlight and airbox removed, but getting the bumper off makes it much easier. This is mine: http://homepages.tesco.net/christopher.nixon/Intercooler/P4010032.JPG
EdMorris
Thanks. I've removed the mesh on my bumper and plumped for a location in the front space. It wasn't that hard actually, just some pesky fixings that will need to be replaced with new ones. This location means I can have a larger cooler too.
