Scott
Sounds like the intercooler piping has blown off or there is a leak somewhere.

Paul372
the turbo's are not spooling up at all?
Scott
I had this when my 2nd turbo was fooked and the IACV was stuck open. Make sure the actuator is closed when not boosting. Mine was just a bit sticky.
AlexJames
yep I had a problem the same, check the hoses connecting the actuator as well... I had boost on first turbo but none on 2nd... On a side note... the heater wouldnt get hot either... when I fixed the pipe, the heater started working again... Coincidence? dunno
Paul372
how do you test the IACV to see if its stuck open and actuator
Scott
how do you test the IACV to see if its stuck open and actuator Its on the top of the engine, do you know what your looking for? Have a look in technical under sequential system. Your looking for the actuator next to the drivers side cam cover, at the bulk head. If its extended then its stuck open. jacko
I take it the IACV actuator shouldnt move when just blipping the throttle then?
